Alton Sterling For someone to be shot and killed whilst immobilised and bearing no immediate threat of force or violence should not go amiss in Civil Rights Justice Division. Police brutality especially when racially motivated must be strongly punished in the 'eyes of the law' and to prove to all US civilians the law does not let such reckless and unjustified behaviour go without punishment. All US police training guidelines would not have tolerated the actions of the two Baton Rouge officers and whatever their motivations, their grave actions have cost the life of a civilian which is irreversible damage. The backwards perception some US police officers have for such brutality should not be emblematic of police law enforcement because it is absolutely opposite to how officers should act and behave.
